GWPR is delighted to welcome Tracy Dickerson Head of External Communications for Zurich Insurance and Founder of North Star PR for their second ‘Inside Stories’ event.

Tracy will be discussing some of the key initiatives that have led to real change in encouraging more women take on senior roles with examples across a range of clients. How some seemingly simple but strategically important employment policies can lead to real and lasting change for removing the gender pay gap.
