Ageism in the Communications Industry

18/04/2023
12:00 pm

Virtual

Results from Global Women in PR’s Annual Index revealed that whilst gender discrimination in the PR workplace remains a key contributor to the lack of senior female leaders, the research surprisingly revealed that discrimination on the grounds of ageism is almost as widespread.

Our panellists will discuss the steps we should be taking to ensure that this issue does not prevent us from having balanced teams going forward…currently it is a key issue with many talented women leaving the industry in their late 30s/early 40s.
