Yes, you did read that correctly! For the very first time and for one day only, Global Women in PR is rebranding—as Global Men in PR.
Why? Because this conversation is all about how we need to bring men with us on the journey towards greater diversity, equity and inclusion.
We know that to create lasting change we need to have everyone at the same table—and that includes the men in our workplaces. Our special event aims to shine a light on male allyship and how men can (and should) be part of the solution.
We have lined up a fantastic panel of male leaders who are using their platforms, their power, and their passion to drive change and build workplaces where everyone can thrive. Our speakers:
Lee Chambers – Founder and CEO, Male Allies UK
A globally recognised voice on inclusion, Lee is an award-winning entrepreneur and scientist who’s made it his mission to help organisations engage men in meaningful allyship. He has a long list of accolades including being named the 2023 UN Women Changemaker of the Year, is an ambassador for the UK Governments Lilac Review for Disabled Entrepreneurship, sits on the board of CMI Women, and is the author of the bestselling book, Momentum: 13 Ways To Unlock Your Potential.
Alex Myers – Founder and Global CEO, Manifest
Alex leads a truly global agency, from London to LA, Stockholm to Melbourne, while staying rooted in purpose. He is a strategist who believes in creating brand stories that count—and cultures that include and has worked with some of the world’s most renowned brands including Samsung, Virgin, Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Reckitt, NBC Universal, BrewDog and SC Johnson.
Andrew Soar – Creative Director, Ogilvy
Andrew is not just a creative powerhouse—he is a powerful voice for diversity in the industry. With over a decade of experience working with a host of clients across consumer, corporate, sustainability, youth, and charity sectors. With bold ideas and inclusive thinking, Andrew proves creativity and conscience go hand in hand.
James Endersby – CEO, Opinium and chair of this panel
As CEO of one of the world’s most forward-thinking research agencies, James brings a sharp, data-led perspective to inclusion, workplace culture, and what real impact looks like. A passionate advocate for equality, he founded the not-for-profit ‘Significant Insights’ in 2021 to help open up the industry—sharing career wisdom from the top and making the sector more accessible to people from all backgrounds.
Whether you want to understand how to better involve male colleagues in your DEI goals or want fresh insight into what great allyship looks like—this event aims to leave you empowered and equipped.
Sue Hardwick, co-founder and president of Global Women in PR, said: “Talking in an echo chamber rarely brings progress. We need to encourage more men to talk about how they support women working in our industry and bring other men on the equality journey. A balanced business is the key to real success.” Save your seat. Bring your curiosity. Invite a colleague (especially the male ones!).
