We've all looked up in awe at leaders who seem to have it all. They take the tough decisions in their stride, they balance their home and work commitments seamlessly, and they still have time to enjoy life and take care of themselves. But the reality for those in positions of leadership can be quite different. Tough decisions can weigh on their minds, relationships can be strained, and they can struggle to find any me time at all. But in the end the rewards of leadership should always outweigh the challenges.

The theme for IWD 2019 is #BalanceforBetter Better the Balance - Better the World

In early December a trip will be organised for GWPR members to New York. Details are currently being finalised and will be announced shortly. It will be a fabulous networking opportunity and a chance to discover some of the best - but perhaps less known - hotspots and events in this vibrant city.
